Every tree removal begins with a thorough assessment of the tree, the site and its surroundings. We consider factors such as:
Access for our team and equipment
Nearby buildings and structures
Overhead power lines and other obstacles
Gardens, driveways and boundaries
Underground services and other potential hazards
Where conditions allow, we use a controlled directional fell to bring the tree down safely. However, when the surrounding area does not provide enough space, we use sectional dismantling instead. This method allows us to remove the tree in manageable sections, working from the top down. We cover both techniques in full on our Tree Felling page
Chester and Cheshire experience their share of storm damage, particularly during the winter months. Consequently, a tree that wind has compromised can require professional attention even if it remains standing.
A split or leaning tree, or one that has dropped a major limb, can create an immediate risk
We provide an emergency response for dangerous trees. From individual large branches to entire trees that have fallen across gardens, driveways, highways or waterways.
After we carry out a Risk Assessment. We then remove any branches, limbs or sections of the tree that could cause further damage or injury to people or property
